Hello everyone,
I haven’t always been comfortable in my own skin…I hated that I can’t tan easily — my skin is sensitive and burns quickly. In college, I went to tanning salons and sat in those lamp beds for the maximum allowed time (20 mins or so?)…I had a “real” tan, but it wasn’t good for my skin, and I stopped shortly after graduation (just before I moved to Dubai). I started trying spray tans, etc. and then stopped for a while. In the fall of 2018, I decided to try self-tanners…they were a LOT cheaper than going to those places where you pay $20 for a spray tan and $60 for the “special lotion” that you apply beforehand. I tried 13 different self-tanners over the past two years. To help share my experience and educate other consumers, I made a spreadsheet of my “ratings.” This video was NOT sponsored by anyone, it is just my honest feedback on the self-tanners I’ve used.
In a nutshell: only two A’s were given(!) and the lowest grade was a D. Bronze Tan, Naturena, and Bondi Sands were my faves.
